PUBG 4.0 Beta Unleashes Spooky Fun! Get Ready for Ghostly Battles & Magical Mayhem

PUBG 4.0 Beta: A Spooky New Chapter

The PUBG 4.0 beta kicked off on July 31, and it's been making waves in the gaming community. One of the most exciting features of this update is the Spooky Soiree mode, set in the eerie Wraithmoor Mansion. This haunted mansion is filled with secrets, including botanical gardens, a labyrinth, and a memorial zone. But beware – ghosts masquerading as objects might just reveal loot or enemy locations.

Ghostly Encounters

But that's not all – the update introduces Interactive Ghost Concerts, where a ghost band called Performing Dead will pop up during matches. Players will need to find the concert venue using on-screen cues and interact with the ghosts to earn better loot and reveal enemy locations. This adds a new layer of challenge and reward to exploration.

Meet Ghostie: Your Personal Ghost Companion

Every player will get their own personal ghost companion, Ghostie, who will follow them invisibly unless using specific skills. Ghostie's skills include:
Ghostie can carry one main and two passive skills simultaneously, and players can upgrade Ghostie's skills with rare items found on the map.
New Travel and Combat Tools
The update also introduces the Magic Broom, which allows players to fly with a teammate and perform a dash attack to knock back foes. Additionally, a Strength Potion consumable grants temporary buffs like higher jumps and damage resistance, but disables firearm use. Instead, players can perform a ground slam that knocks back enemies.

Erangel Gets a Makeover

The Erangel map has undergone extensive changes, with key areas like the hospital and Mylta Power receiving building updates for better combat flow. New ports have appeared near Sosnovka and the farm to expand landing zones. The environment now features Rainbow weather, Flash Shops offering discounts, and gas stations to refuel vehicles. Supply crates are now categorized into medical, token, and military types for deeper loot strategy.

When to Expect PUBG 4.0

PUBG Mobile 4.0 is set to officially arrive in early September, following phased beta testing. This update promises to bring a fresh battleground experience, merging Battle Royale excitement with supernatural mechanics and new strategic layers. Whether you're fighting ghosts, riding brooms, or mastering Ghostie skills, Version 4.0 is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious updates yet.
